Since my last entry for the 10th October there has been little time to write up the diary of activity. So much water has passed under the bridge! On the 15th Janet and I visited the MS National Headquarters to discuss the Appeal and collect more collection Pyramids and Lapel Badges, then went to Oxford for my own Court meeting. 5p Plastic Bag Tax?

The Guardian reported today that in an effort to reduce the 160m plastic bags used in Northern Ireland each year, a 5p plastic bag tax will be imposed throughout NI from 2013, rising to 10p by April 2014.

Should the rest of the UK follow suit?
