When we had our Court accreditation it was suggested that each Court should lay a poppy wreath at thier local war memorial on Rememberance Sunday (Nov. 8th) and that Head Office thought it was a good idea. What do other think? Were can we get the artwork to put on the backing of the wreath? Help please...

5p Plastic Bag Tax?

The Guardian reported today that in an effort to reduce the 160m plastic bags used in Northern Ireland each year, a 5p plastic bag tax will be imposed throughout NI from 2013, rising to 10p by April 2014.

Should the rest of the UK follow suit?
